1:1 Chromebook distribution complete

Two students with ChromebooksOver the past four school days, we've distributed Chromebooks to over 1,200 students at Naugatuck High School.

These devices will remain with each student over their four years in high school, so please take good care of them!

High School students are encouraged to take their Chromebooks home each day to complete their homework and bring them back to school charged and ready to go.

We are hoping you will use these Chromebooks to further your studies and become better researchers, thinkers, communicators, and problem solvers.

Each student and their parent/guardian had to read the Chromebook Policy and sign an agreement on the use of these devices. Families will be financially responsible for Chromebooks that are damaged, lost or stolen. Costs are limited to the actual replacement of parts.

Students who forget their Chromebook may check out a loaner for the day in the Media Center.

A huge thank you to the IT department, which spent countless hours over the summer preparing the Chromebooks for the 1:1 initiative!

Any students who have not yet received their Chromebooks may stop by the senior lounge during lunch or flex Thursday and Friday (Sept. 6 & 7) to pick theirs up. You must have your signed agreement with you.
