NaugatuckHigh School

Letter from our new associate principal

Hello Naugatuck Students, Families, Faculty and Staff:

I am thrilled to write to you as the newest member of the Naugatuck school community, beginning my
work as the Naugatuck High School Associate Principal this week!

To give a little background on me, my journey in education thus far has taken me from the University of
Connecticut (go Huskies!) to Watertown High School, as a school counselor, then to Windsor High
School, as the lead school counselor, now to Naugatuck (go Greyhounds!), where I am thankful to join
you as a member of the high school administrative team.

It is clear how much passion there is throughout the community of Naugatuck for the growth and
development of students, specifically around the Vision of the Graduate, so that our students are
prepared to enter the world as responsible, global, informed, inquisitive citizens. I look forward to
learning about all that Naugatuck is and becoming a member of a community so vested in its schools and

I will be in the main office at the high school throughout the summer and will hold office hours for any
students, families, faculty or staff that are interested in stopping in, saying hello, or setting up a time to
meet. I’ll be available on Mondays from 9am-11am for official “office hours” but please stop in or call 203-
720-5400 to set up an appointment for any other time.

Looking forward to a great year!

Ms. Kristina Wallace
